Just for Tricks!
Welcome to Just for Tricks (Novice) with Unified K9 Behaviour! In these 5 weeks you will learn/review 20+ tricks.
The goal for this class is to teach you a new way to communicate and have fun creating a strong bond between guardian and dog. Tricks are a great way to keep your dog focused on you, any age/ breed/ size can do these tricks, and you can show off at social events! During these weeks our goal is to earn your novice trick title with “Do more for your dog”. After week 5 I will send out an email for the next steps if you wish to submit and title your dog.
Please bring high value treats (ex hot dogs, cheese, roll over) and/or a toy, anything that helps motivate your dog!

Hoops / Luring

Start Advancing / Proofing
Go around Bow Roll over Roll out Carpet
Week 5
Testing
How to earn your title:
Earning a passing score on 15 tricks (you decide which ones)
Luring is allowed for ½ the tricks only.
Advanced tricks count as 2 points (bow) as long as they are not lured.
You are not allowed to manipulate your dog (touching your dog in anyway)
Submitting your title online is an extra charge ($24 USD)

Apollo, her dog, has earned his Novice, Intermediate and Advanced trick titles. They are currently working on their Expert title!
